Short introduction call

In an introduction call, we'll discuss your goals & issues. If you're happy to start, I'll share the questionnaire so I can get level-playing field and understand your situation.

Growth Strategy Session

A pressure-cooker session with max. 4 people from your team and will take 2 or 4 hours. The session will be recorded, so you can focus on the session and watch back later. It's broad, but I'll also turn it into practical next steps.

Notes & Action list

I'll take notes in the sessions, so you can listen and focus. After the meeting, I'll share a summary with all topics discusssed, decisions made and an action list.

How long will the session be?

There are 2 versions: 2 hour session and a 4-hour session. Depending on the depth of the topics discussed, I'll let you know which session best fits your situation.

Where will the session be held?

The default for these sessions is a video conference call. For the half-day session we can split it up with a break, or we can do it in person. It's possible to do the 2-hour session in person, but a surcharge for my travel time will be added (it's more expensive).

What do you need as preparation for the session?

In the introduction call, I'll ask you about your specific situation. Based on that I'll request some data access or send out a questionnaire to get the data I need to help you in the best way possible. I've been doing these sessions since 2015, so I've seen it all.

Does this work for my vertical or business model?

Yes, it will. And if I'm not sure, I'll tell you in the introduction call that I can't help you at that moment. I've helped entrepreneurs get clarity in many different fields: restaurants, multinationals, D2C e-commerce brands and even freelancers.
